Q:Please define 'Home Country' i am resident in Saudi Arabia 365 days (but am Philippino), is my home country Saudi?

A:
The home country is generally defined as were you have your fixed or permanent residence. Another way to define this is where you live. If you live in Saudi Arabia, and are traveling to another country than Saudi Arabi should be listed as the home country. If you have additional questions or need further clarification, please contact our office at +1 (866) INSUBUY 467-8289.

Q:Hello I have insurance plan and I have Unitedhealthcare member ID.When I try to log in a hospital website, I am getting error. How can I fix?I need to see a doctor for blood test. Do I need to claim first? How can I learn cost before I go?

A:
You are unable to login to the United Healthcare website, as the Atlas America plan is not insured through UHC. It is only contracted with UHC to access it's medical providers for contracted rates, and to coordinate billing. If you'd like to search for providers, you may do so using the provider directory on our website. Please keep in mind that the Atlas America plan is primarily designed to cover someone for new illnesses, injuries, or accidents that either exist in the body or occur after the start date. It's not designed to cover for routine or preventative medical treatment. You may visit any medical provider you'd like, and present the insurance ID card. The medical provider can choose to either coordinate billing with the insurance or have you pay up front. If you pay up front, then you may file a claim for reimbursement either online or by downloading the claim form and sending this to the claims department using the contact information listed on the form.
