Q:I work remotely from several different countries but based out of NYC/USA. I hold an American and British passport. Q:I am a UK citizen residing permanently in Grand Cayman Cayman Islands and travelling extensively for work (US and Europe Australia Middle East). I am 37 years old and in excellent health.
