Q:I am taking a cruise from port Canaveral usa to the western Caribbean on feb 22- Feb 29 and I am looking for a travel insurance that will cover my pre existing condition if I were to have an acute attack while traveling. Also repatriation if needed. I am 65.

A:
Most of the Trip plans available on our website will cover pre-existing conditions as long as the plan is purchased within a certain number of days of the initial trip deposit. The number of days range from around 15 days to 30 days depending on the plan you choose.

Q:I am a US citizen (currently living in India with my wife) am likely to visit New York, USA with my wife (an Indian citizen). While I am 62 year old, my wife is 60. We are looking for Health insurance quotes for both of us during our intended stay in the USA from 2nd Dec to 28th Dec 2019 for a coverage between $130,000 to $200,000. May I request you provide the quotes.

A:
We would be glad to assist. Because you and your spouse have differing citizenship, you will need to be on individual policies. We have sent 2 quotes, the first for you and the second quote for your spouse in a separate email The plans available to you as a U.S. citizen visiting the U.S. are limited and the plans available do not offer policy maximums between $130,000-$200,000. Therefore the quotes were sent with $100,000 policy maximums. The next higher policy maximum on the plans available to you would be $500,000. Your spouse will have more options, and while we sent her quotes at the $100,000 policy maximum as well, you can choose from higher policy maximums for her if you choose. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Q:I want to buy travel insurance to Vietnam & Cambodia. Can I get both destinations in one policy or I have to buy 2?

A:
The plans in our Travel outside the U.S. section of our website, will cover you anywhere outside your home country as long as your travel does not include the U.S. which per your below information does not. Therefore, you would only need 1 plan and it would cover in both places. You may view the Travel outside the U.S. plans here. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
