Q:I would have two quick questions about the application for the Patriot exchange program: 1) I was wondering if the required date in which I will move to the US can be approximate (I have not bought air tickets yet); 2) How long does it usually take for the application to be approved? 3) As I understand, after approval, I will receive a fulfillment kit at the mailing address. I was wondering how long this does usually take when going for an expedite delivery. (I am asking as I will leave the UK and go to Italy in about 20 days and I am trying to understand which mailing address I should specify on the form) Many thanks for your help and support.

A:
In the Patriot Exchange plan as soon as you purchase the insurance you will receive confirmation by e-mail. There is no underwriting so the application approves immediately. You will receive confirmation by e-mail. Which will have a link to print all the documents like id card, visa letter etc. You don't need to request for the express delivery. If you have a US mailing address that would be the best. Otherwise you can provide mailing address wherever you wants us to mail the documents. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Q:My wife and I are planning to visit NJ by mid of July 2017 and deliver our first baby in the US. Period of stay will be around 2 months. Actually enjoy Bupa Insurance however maternity and delivery are not covered in the States. I would like to know about insurance program that covers the delivery of my baby in NJ as long as we are non US citizens. Even if based on cost-share reduction. We are willing to share the cost of all fees.

A:
Unfortunately, there is no insurance for an international visitor which covers pregnancy if your wife is already pregnant. You have to pay from your pocket.
