Q:I plan to visit California from December 22 till May 23 to visit relatives. I will be coming from India and will travel to California and Tennessee states but predominantly based in California. Q:I purchased an annual travel insurance policy believing the first one had expired. However when I discovered that the first was still valid I tried to cancel the second one. I have been told that I can only cancel it if I haven't travelled on it. Since this dispute started I have travelled. Since I currently have two travel insurance policies is it ok for me to say that I travelled on my existing travel insurance policy? (and not on the new policy)
