Q:I'm starting my graduate program in Queens College, Flushing this fall, 2017. Q:I am a US citizen; however, I have permanent residency in Portugal (and am covered by their national health insurance). I would like to purchase temporary insurance for a short trip back to America (14 days), but am getting confused by some reference to "home country" which seems to say insurance doesn't cover in "home country" and has USA exclusions. It seems that Portugal is my home country and I can purchase insurance from your company. Can you confirm?? Any advice or suggestion is appreciated.
