Q:Good morning, I am looking for a travel insurance for a week-long trip to NYC. I am a 30 y-o Italian citizen, currently living and working in Sweden. Funnily enough, I don't seem to find European insurance companies that suit my case (long story short: Italian insurance companies can't offer cover anymore because I moved my residency, and Swedish companies can't either because I have just moved and I am waiting for the documents to make it official... therefore, until I receive Swedish tax number and ID I am not yet considered a resident). If I read correctly you offer cover also to non-US residents? How does it work? I have no pre existing conditions or medical problems - I am just looking for a general healthcare/coverage for medical emergencies and travel insurance for this trip, which would take place from Dec 2 to Dec 10, 2017. Q:I am looking to purchase travel insurance from your company and I am not sure how to fill in the forms. I am a British citizen currently residing in Brazil. In December I will travel back to the UK for two weeks, and then fly to Florida for one week, before returning to Brazil. I need insurance to cover me for the entirety of this trip. The first question on your insurance form asks for my 'home country', which I understand is the country I was born in and is therefore the UK. However, your website says that cover is not provided within your home country. As a non-resident of the UK, I need travel insurance when I visit. Can you advise me whether you can provide the cover I need for my trip? Is my home country now considered Brazil?
