Q:Green card holder insurance questions Dear Sirs, We would like to buy a travel insurance to the USA for a person who has an US green card, however, does not reside in the USA and spend less than 30 days in the USA in the last year. Also the person would return to Europe after travelling about 80 days to the US. Q:Green card holder insurance questions Hi! I am a new green card holder who arrived last October 9, 2015. My husband tried to enroll me as his dependent online a few weeks after I arrived. We thought the insurance company of where he worked for had approved it. Thus, we waited patiently for our insurance ID's. Earlier today, we found out that our request didn't went though. That's why we are looking for some alternative where I can at least enroll myself temporarily on a cheaper price. We are eyeing on Inbound Immigrant plan but have second thoughts about it. Is this only applicable for those who have visa? Or is this also applicable to new permanent residents. We hope you can shed some light regarding this matter. Looking forward to a prompt reply.
