Q:How do we find out the providers within network of our insurance plan?
Q:Tickets and travel insurance were purchased from Ontario, CA to Naples, Italy. Negative COVID-19 results are needed before the flight. Followed time frame instructions for the testing but received the results within 30 minutes of flight departure. Airlines canceled the entire trip (departure and return). We were scheduled to depart (Ontario, California to Naples, Italy) - Return Naples, Italy to Ontario, California. The airline canceled the entire trip- without discussion. We had to purchase additional departure and return tickets to continue our travel. Our insurance claim was denied.
