Q:My daughter was born in 9 Oct. 2008. She is less than nine years old.Can she buy the insurance by herself? She will be in U. S. until 14 Dec. 2017 and my husband is 17 Feb. 2017. It is one month enough for my husband. So maybe my husband and my daugter will buy the insurance respectively.

Q: I and my family have a permanent immigrant status. I am a university researcher. Currently we are outside the US and plan to be in the US for 6 months starting from July 2020. During this time, I will be visiting a university in Boston area for research collaboration.
