I inquire the ASU website and ISSC, there has some guiding principle listed as below: - Unlimited annual and lifetime maximum benefit - Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per person, per accident or illness - Covers pre-existing with no waiting period - Covers preventative and medical, both inpatient and outpatient - Covers mental health, both inpatient and outpatient. Same benefit as medical - Has medical evacuation ($50,000 USD) and repatriation ($25,000 USD) - Policy plan must be a US plan, is ACA complaint, reviewed by AZDOI - A deductible not to exceed $500 per accident or illness Till now, I need a insurance for one year.
