Q:Schengen visa insurance Where can I check that your insurance coverage the minimun Schengen`s request? And print it. I need know that the travel health insurance coverage more than 30,000 euros, including emergency and hospital treatment AND REPATRIATION. In addittion, I need a insurance that DO NOT HAVE DEDUCIBLE, because this is another condition as well.

A:
Please look at /schengen-visa-insurance/ All the plans listed there meet all the Schengen visa requirements, listed at /schengen-insurance/ First of all, thank you for your answer. However, I mean is about the coverage for the differents plans that this link /schengen-visa-insurance/ gives me. In fact, you offer several insurance: Atlas International, Patriot America and Protection America, each one have different price but I WANNA KNOW WHICH ARE THE DIFFERENTS BETWEEN THOSE. I don`t know I looking for a link that gives me specifics details around each plan IN EUROPE. Hospitals, adress of the representative office company in Europe, etc. The Schengen request are clear about deductibles. But if you say that you follow those request, Why your plans start with this condition?? I`m Colombian citizens, but my current adress is in Perth - Australia, so, I don`t depart from my Home Country. However, in case of REPATRIATION your plans must show me that their can do the respective process towards BOGOTA - COLOMBIA. Thanks for your information. Regards, 1. All the plans listed in that section meet the Schengen visa requirements. We have been selling Schengen visa insurance for Europe for many years. There is no requirement of $0 deductible set by government. However, if you like you can certainly choose $0 deductible as it is available. 2. In order find the differences between these plans, you just check the boxes next to each plan and hit 'Compare' button. 3. I don't understand your following statement: >>>> The Schengen request are clear about deductibles. But if you say that you follow those request, Why your plans start with this condition?? >>>> Deductible is the same thing that people call 'Excess' in countries like UK, Australia. 4. That's fine. Just put the date you would like to start the insurance from. 5. Repatration of remains are covered in each plan. Look at the brochure to confirm that they do. Please let me know if you have any other questions. De todas formas queria conversar contigo este email, pero pues bueno ahora simplemente te lo envio. Eran unas dudas que yo tenia acerca del seguro y que me respondieron. I am sorry. I can't understand Spanish. Please send me your email in English.

Q:A question regarding the Patriot Exchange Program insurance Dear director of “insubuy” I am interested in the Patriot Exchange Program as I think it will fit me and my family nicely when we move to the US. I do however have a few questions regarding the Patriot Exchange Program which I hope you might help me with. If not then please forward this mail to a relevant person. I have the following questions: 1. Can you confirm that the “standard plan” of the Patriot Exchange program is sufficient to meet the requirements of J1/J2 visa applicants? 2. Can you confirm that in the case of the standard plan that “100% coinsurance” as stated in the plan overview, means that apart from the deductable which is payed by the insured, the insurance agency pays all expences for a given covered illness (i.e. the insured does not pay for instance 10-20% of the expenses as is the case for some insurance policies). Many thanks for your help!

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing Patriot Exchange Program. 1. Yes, it meets the J1/J2 requirements. 2. Yes, your understanding is correct. You can buy it online at /j1-visa-health-insurance/ Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any other questions.

Q:Trouble making online purchase of Patriot America Hi, I tried buying a Patriot America Insurance Plan from your site at around 4am CST, Sunday 6th July, 2008 and while paying by my card issued by Deutsche Bank, I got the following error: The following errors occurred during processing - Unfortunately, we were unable to process your payment Reason: Issuer Unavailable (Response Code: 98) I verified the Credit Card information and tried it again and got the same error. Meanwhile I received 2 SMSs from my bank saying that the amount of $48.75 has been debited twice from my account. I called them up and they confirmed that the amount has been debited twice. I'm unable to proceed with the process of completing the transaction on your site(Progress: 79% Complete ) and therefore have not received any email from your side. I would like to request you to please send a void slip to my bank so that I'm not charged for these incomplete transactions. Also, I'm interested in buying the above mentioned insurance plan probably by using another Credit card but I'm not sure if your site has some issues. Kindly revert back asap. Regards,

A:
Those transactions have not gone through and you were not charged anything so far. What you have seen and experienced were simply the authorization attempts and NOT transactions. It often happens with foreign credit cards that the transactions don't go through. However, that is because of the security measures taken by your own bank and not because of any restriction or malfunction on our side. Our web site is working properly and numerous transactions have succeeded throughout the day. You can apply online again at /patriot-america-lite/medical-insurance/ Please feel free to contact us at any time if you have any other questions. Thanks for your response. My bank requires a void slip from your side so that they can credit the already debited amount back to my account. I would therefore like to request you to please send a void slip to my bank. I would wait for your response regarding the same to get the amount credited back and then use my Citibank card (which I have used earlier on your site) to buy the insurance. You have not been charged anything and therefore there is nothing to void. Otherwise also, I don't have any technical way of generating anything like "void slip". Is there any other technical way by which the site can let my bank know about this transactions? They are basically awaiting an update from the merchant's side to credit the amount to my account. Else, they would credit it back only if the amount is not claimed by the merchant in 30 days from the transaction date. I have forwarded your query to both the IT department as well as finance department to see if they have any further information. They will respond earliest by tomorrow as today is Sunday. I will let you know as soon as I have any update. However, from what I can tell, your credit card has not been charged. Therefore, there is nothing to cancel/credit back. My reply was confirmed by the supervisor in the department that handles such queries: >>>> Hi, I see a purchase and charge made this morning. I have searched under the credit card number prior to today and showed no charges made. I have also searched by the amount given, $48.75 and find nothing for this amount charged since July 3rd, but still nothing charged to the credit card number referenced below. At this point I would have to say that the card was not charged. I noticed that the cert purchased this morning was completed with a different credit card. Best regards, David >>>>>>>>>> As I said before, no charges were made earlier. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
