The cost of a domestic plan is not based on underwriting factors but instead on her age. The domestic plans will cost more than visitor plans because of the additional coverage they offer. Hello, You can actually renew your current plan for up to two years. You will have to renew for the few days to complete your first year and then you can renew again for another year. Based on the cost of your current plan, it would be the lowest cost option and will cover you in Poland and during travel but will not cover you in the US. The other plans we offer are in our expatriate section and will cost more. I will send you a quote for the expatriate plans, worldwide coverage excluding the US, for your review.
