Q:Hi, How can I find your medical network for the student insurance in Memphis? Thank you

A:
I am talking about Patriot Exchange Program, the lowest price for international students. I found a link to First Health PPO Network, I think this the link that I should look, right? By the way, would you please let me know what is ppo?

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. Unfortunately, the plans do not meet the requirements as listed. You would need to purchase from the university directly to be able to meet their requirements.

Q:Hello, I am a US citizen that's been living abroad in the UK for 4 years. I will be visiting the US on holiday for three weeks and am wondering which insurance plans would cover me. Thanks

A:
We would be glad to assist. I am attaching the link for our Visitors to the U.S. plans below. When filling in your specific information into the quote screen, it will ask for your country of citizenship, where you will enter United States. Once you click submit to get quotes, it will only pull up plans available to a U.S. citizen coming to the U.S. to visit. /visitors-insurance/ If you have any questions, or need any additional assistance, please let us know

Q:Can a non-US citizen parent add a US citizen dependent child to her policy? I saw no place to check that the child has a different citizenship. The parent and child live in South Korea and would only be visiting the US for a month.

A:
We would be glad to assist. There are only certain plans that will cover U.S. citizens that live abroad and are coming into the U.S. to visit. These plans will not allow for coverage for people with different citizenships on the same policy. Therefore, you would purchase a plan for the child that will cover someone with U.S. citizenship, and then purchase a separate visitor plan for the parent. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
