Q:If I need to ever cancel the insurance because of any change of plans, is that allowed?

A:
The cancellation rules vary based on the plan you purchase. Most of the plans will offer a pro-rated refund minus a cancellation fee as long as no claims have been filed. The specific rules are in the detail section of the plans that were sent in the quote. The word refundable is a link that will take you to the cancellation rules for each plan.

Q:My mother, who is 69 years old, will be visiting USA on Feb 9th, 2018 for a six month visit. She will return back to India on August 4th, 2018. She will be turning 70 years during the course of her stay. I am looking for insurance quotes, preferably comprehensive insurance plan. Can you please help me?

A:
We have some insurance plans that will provide her same coverage for 364 days from the original effective date. You can purchase either Atlas America or Patriot America plus plan. In Atlas America plan if you extend her insurance after she turns 70yrs. Premium will increase. While under Patriot America plus plan premium will not change when you extend her insurance after she turns 70yrs. Policy max. remains same for both plans even after her date of birth for 364 days or 1yr from the original eff. date.
