Q:I am writing to ask if your insurance plans are filed and approved in the US, and compliant with the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Are these international student plans meet with Massachusetts Student Health Insurance Regulations? I will need confirmation before I can make the purchase decision. Thank you.

A:
If your school is asking for ACA compliant plan or MCC. You have to purchase from school.

Q:I hope that you are doing well. I have a question concerning health insurance for individuals on OPT. I am interested in purchasing the Patriot America insurance and basically just want to double check that I am indeed eligible for this insurance since your website says that not everyone on OPT is eligible for all of the insurances offered on your website. I am on OPT on an F1 visa and still looking for a job and can therefore not yet enroll in a health insurance through an employer. I am currently 26 years old, currently live in Massachusetts, and have until now had a domestic health insurance plan through my university. I am from Germany and have been living in the United States for two years. I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether Patriot America is a suitable health insurance for me to buy or, if not, if you could point me to a more suitable health insurance plan.

A:
We would recommend the ExchangeGuard plan for coverage. Please use the link to review the plan details and to generate a quote for coverage.
