Q:Hi,I initially purchased the insurance for 100K policy maximum for 1 month. Before the month I extended it for another month. So will the policy maximum will reset when i extended the policy ? That is additional 100K policy maximum for the charges incurred in the 2nd month ?
Q:What is the amount covered in chiropractic or physical therapy per visit session? Also, if I'm looking for annual dental cleaning/preventative care or perhaps fillings, is it covered? Or additional separate dental coverage is required for that?
