Q:My parents are US (Green Card holders ) They visited today to USA from India. They have been to the USA before. This time they are going to stay for 6 months. Which insurance plan would be best for full coverage?

A:
Plans do not cover pre-existing conditions, routine doctors visit, medications related to pre-existing conditions nor any preventative care. These plans will not be ACA compliant so they will not cover the 10 essential health benefits required. Please read the FAQ for more information about Green Card holders and the Affordable Care Act. Green Card holders and ACA FAQ There is a plan called Patriot America Plus that is available to your parent as long as they are visiting and return back to their home country. If you need any additional assistance please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Dears, I am contacting you to have more details about the insurance options you offer. Myself and My wife are planning to visit the USA ( Boston City) to spend a one to two months vacation. My wife is 22 weeks pregnant and I am afraid anything might happen that requires an emergency admission to hospital for any related complications due to pregnancy e.g. pain , respiratory related illness , premature delivery or/and delivering a baby in US. Please note that i am not able to get a contact number for your insurance company so I appreciate if you provide a valid contact number.

A:
Arriving on a B2 tourist visa we would recommend the Atlas America plan this plan will cover the new accidents and new illness that happen after the effective date of the policy. The plans do not cover and pre-existing conditions or preventative care or any routine or delivery related expense. However, this plan will cover for the complications of pregnancy up to 26 weeks. But will not cover any thing as it relates to the birth or maternity cost of the pregnancy in any instance. Please use the link to review the recommend plan for yourself and your wife. You can use the link to review the plan and to generate a quote for coverage. If you need any further assistance please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Do you have any insurance policies that are not from HCC medical? I ask because I had a terrible experience with these people in the past and ended up paying 14,000$ in bills just because they claim it was a pre-existing condition. anyways, please also I wanted to know if there's a policy that covers common dental expenses?

A:
We have many different companies that we work along with for purposes of providing medical insurance to our customers. If you would provide your visa status, age, dates of coverage needed, and the state in which you will require coverage we can help you find additional plan options outside of HCC Medical Insurance services. There unfortunately, not any plan that will include dental coverage as a benefit of the plan as these are strictly medical insurance. There is a dental discount plan available to provide discounts on in network provider general fees as a member. Please use the link for more information about the Careington Dental/ Vision discount plan.

Q:Find details about the good plans that works for my parents. Visitor visa, arriving place Boston. Dad -54 and Mom -53 Arriving on 21st Dec and leaving on 18th June 2018

A:
We have sent you in a separate email a quote with the available plan options for their visit. A few thing to consider while are here would be the type of insurance to purchase. There are 2 types of insurance offered on the Insubuy website called Fixed and Comprehensive. We here at Insubuy typically recommend comprehensive plan as these plans will pay a larger portion of the medical bills if anything were to happen that is an eligible expense. Please use the links listed below for more information about Fixed vs Comprehensive plans.
