Thank you calling Insubuy for your insurance needs. Plans are designed to cover the new accidents and new illnesses that happen after the effective date of the policy. Plans do not cover pre-existing conditions, routine doctors' visits, immunizations, preventative care, nor any medications related to a pre-existing condition. There are some plans that will cover for an acute onset of a pre-existing condition. There is a plan called Safe Travels USA Comprehensive that will offer this coverage to those over the age of 70. Please use the link listed below for more information about this coverage and the acute onset benefit. If you have any additional question please call our office. Q:I need your help on the items below. I am travelling to US from Bangalore, India. Do you accept application now or await some legal decisions till end August 2018? I had insured with you last year. By the grace of God there is/was no claim on you. I had done that in 2 lots. I have documents for the first lot.(see enclosure). This I had extended by 2 months for which I don't have any documents. I have misplaced/deleted them. I will be extremely grateful if you can send me a digital copy of the extended policy (which is also null and void now) up to May 2017. All the policies are of course null and void. But I need the documents for India Income tax authorities. Kindly oblige.

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy. You are able to apply for coverage any time prior to the date you like it to start. We will forward you the extension for your previous policy. If you need any additional assistance please contact our office.
