Q:Hello, I have a dual citizenship (one is American) and I've been living abroad in England since March 2017 (I've been living in New Jersey before that) and I'm visiting United States July 14-August 19 this year. I've seen an article on your website recommending the Diplomat America insurance (where it said that US citizens are eligible to apply), however on the paper application it clearly states "Coverage is not available for citizens of the United States or Australia etc etc", which is confusing because it was recommended for US citizens travelling back to the United States for a short visit. Can you please clarify this for me, as I would like to purchase insurance that will cover my trip, and I wouldn't want any surprises once I buy a plan. Thank you,

Q:I am an incoming exchange student to the University of California San Diego, coming from Italy (21 years old). I am coming with a non-immigrant J-1 Visa. My problem is that I will have roughly two weeks (approx. 10-24 September) uncovered by any health insurance because my travel insurance will expire on the 10th of September and the University Health Insurance will start its coverage from the 25th of September. Q:I am here as a visiting scholar with J-1 visa at NC State University. I need a health insurance for me and two children which are my dependents with J-2 visa. The benefits that NC State University requires are: Minimum coverage must provide: - Medical benefits of at least $100,000 per accident or illness; - Repatriation of remains in the amount of $25,000 - Expenses associated with the medical evacuation of exchange visitors to his or her home country in the amount of $50,000 - Deductibles not to exceed $500 per accident or illness. In addition, insurance policies - May require a waiting period for pre-existing conditions that is reasonable as determined by current industry standards; - May include provisions for co-insurance under the terms of which the exchange visitor may be required to pay up to 25% of the covered benefits per accident or illness; and - Must not unreasonable exclude coverage for perils inherent to the activities of the exchange program in which the exchange visitor participates. Could you inform me about the options that you offer?The packages with their price for me and for two children for 3 months?
