A:
The travel benefits you are mentioning like missed flight connection, rental car coverage, etc. are found under our Trip Insurance plans, not Travel medical plans. Our Trip Insurance plans are available to U.S. residents and can be found through this link: /travel-insurance/; Comprehensive is not what benefits are available, instead for covered expenses and the benefits it does provide, they will offer higher levels of coverage. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Q:Does this insurance cover COVID-2019 ? Thanks in advance!

A:
Your plan provides benefits for Covid-19 if contracted after the effective date of the policy. It will only cover for tests that a Dr. has ordered based on an inusreds illness and symptoms if it comes back positive, and then any treatment needed up to your plan benefit levels. The plan will not cover for any other testing, including PCR tests for travel, testing due to contact, or not feeling well and electing to go to a testing center. A:
The terms are generally used interchangeably. Travel Medical Insurance is designed to cover you anywhere outside of your home country, and the term Visitors Insurance is primarily directed at Travel Medical Insurance for someone that is visiting the US.
