Q:Hello, I would like to know few details about the Atlas International Travel Insurance policy. Please find the information of travel below: 1) Activity/Place/Country: I with 5-6 more friends are going for TREKKING in Nepal, to the famous Everest Base Camp (EBC). 2) Altitude To Gain: Near about 5600 Mts. (18400 Ft.) maximum. Average altitude - 3500 Mts. 3) Nature of Travel: High-Altitude Trekking, by walking 4) Start from: Kathmandu (Nepal) ; End at: Kathmandu (Nepal) 4) Duration: 20 days 5) Time: Oct-November 2016 Now here are my queries: 1) Is this particular type of travel (trekking at High altitude, in the Himalayas mountains) covered? 2) If yes, is this altitude (max 5600 Mts.) covered within insurance? 3) Is there a facility of "Emergency Evacuation" included within the plan? 4) Can the plan cover an emergency evac. by HELICOPTER at that altitude, to Kathmandu (the capital of Nepal), if one suffers a sudden and unexpected illness that requires immediate treatment or if he is in an accident and suffers an acute serious injury while trekking? Please provide me with all the details considering the place of travel and the altitude to be covered and a helicopter emergency evac. Must be included in the plan.

Q:Confirmation of coverage for US citizen travelling to the US I am looking at the “Safe Travels USA Cost Saver� plan for an upcoming trip this summer. I am a US citizen living abroad and my daughter also holds a US passport. I wanted to confirm that this insurance plan would cover US expatriates on travels back to the US. The stay back in the US would be June 28th - July 28th 2016, at which point we would return to our current residence in Thailand.
