Q:I have a question about the 24 hour rule for acute-onset of pre-existing conditions. What if the treatment will need to take longer than that. We would start the seeing a provider within the 24 hours, but they may still be cost reported after that point. Would those be covered?

Q:Hi there, I'm an Australian-Iranian currently living in Australia. I'm planning a trip to Iran to visit my family but having difficulty finding an insurance company to cover my trip. Main reason for that is because Iran is listed by the Australian government as a "do not travel" destination due to high Covid cases. Do you have any such restriction with your insurance policies? Ideally I'd like a policy that would cover normal international travel incidents as we as Covid related costs, medical or otherwise. I will be travelling with my wife and toddler daughter.
