You are automatically enrolled in the RX discount program when you purchase this policy. All the information you will need to show the pharmacist will be on you ID card which can be found on your MyAccount. I am unable to advise if those particular things would have discounts offered for them. If you have any additional questions please let us know.

A:
Visitors Protect is the only plan that offers coverage for pre-existing conditions. Be advised that no plan will cover preventative, routine, known or expected treatment of any kind. This plan can offer $20,000 in coverage for pre-existing conditions for ages 70 and above. It also has 90 day minimum purchase and $1500 deductible built into the plan for anything relating to a pre-existing condition. Some plans offer the Acute Onset of Pre-existing Conditions. Q:The college is asking my insurance to fill out a form so they can verify the services and see if it is really valid. Where can I contact them directly to complete this procedure?

A:
It is recommended to send your waiver form to info@insubuy.com before purchasing a plan so that we can provide you a plan that will meet your schools requirements. If you have already purchased a plan and need the insurance company to fill out the waiver form you can sent that to the same email, info@insubuy.com, and we can assist you with getting that document completed. If you have any additional questions please let us know.

Q:Please suggest a policy meeting J1 visa requirements for a 66 year old male for travel to USA

A:
Any plan in the Exchange Visitors (J1/J2) section of the website will meet the State Department J1 Visa requirements. However, due to being over 65 years of age, you are limited on the plans you are eligible to purchase. Atlas America will meet the J1 visa requirements and is available to ages over 65. If your sponsor or school has any additional requirements please call our office at 1(866) INSUBUY (4678289). If you have any additional questions please let us know.

Q:Hello! I am currently working overseas, but will be returning to the USA for a five month period before being sent to my next assignment. During that time, I will need to have an IUD removed. Is that covered under any of the temporary insurance plans offered? Thank you!

A:
Plans are designed to cover any new illness or injuries that were to occur after the effective date of the policy. No plans on the market will cover preventative care, routine maintenance, or known treatment. Unfortunately, there are no plans available to visitors that would offer that kind of coverage. If you have any additional questions please let us know.
