Q:I have Patriot Platinum America plan (PPLAI83226161) will expire on 09/01/2022 and your last date of coverage is 08/31/2022. I'd like to extend this but if I remove my daughter on the coverage, does this change the extension cost?

A:
It is not possible to renew for only one person or remove someone from an active policy. Instead of renewing, you could just repurchase coverage for only yourself. Be advised however, if anything has happened during the first and current policy that requires continued treatment, that treatment would not be covered on a new policy as it would be deemed pre-existing. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

Q:Hello my parents are visiting united states. My father is 71 years old and has pre existing conditions like BP, Diabetics and Chronic kidney disease. What is the best plan that you can suggest for us to purchase.

A:
We do have a plan that can provide some coverage for pre-existing conditions, however, the plan has a minimum purchase duration of 3 months or 90 days. If you only needed the insurance for example for 2 months, you would still be charged for 90 days. Please review the plan information through the link below: /visitors-protect-insurance/ If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
