Could you advise me on this? Thank you very much in advance.

A:
You can look at the plans listed at /j1-visa-health-insurance/ All of them meet the standard J-1 visas requirements. Please note that one of your requirements says >>> Waiting period for pre-existing conditions that is reasonable by the current industry standards Pre-existing conditions are not covered by any of the J-1 visa plans.

Q:traveling expenses Hello Could you also tell me what is meant by "traveling expenses" in the trip coverage of Patriot TRIP Lite in case of missed connections ? Are there included the extra costs for having to take an other plane, very probably not at the previous cheap price ? Thank you very much.

A:
Travel delay is an indemnity beneefit that reimburses you the incidental expenses that incur while your travel is delay for missed connection. It does not really include the expenses of booking another flight.

Q:Pariot TRIP Lite Hello I'm purchasing a medical coverage and it's offered to me to have also a trip coverage (Patriot TRIP Lite). My trip departure is 22 Feb 2009 and my return date is 22 May 2009. The ticket I bought includes departure and return. Is the trip coverage also for my return trip ? Thank you very much for answering me.

A:
Patriot TRIP Lite is a trip cancellation insurance. Your trip can be cancelled only before it starts. Once you have departed on your trip, there is really nothing to cancel and therefore it is not applicable on the return flight. You can purchase it online at https://www.insubuy.com

Q:Missionary medical insurance Dear Outreach Insurance, We want to buy some insurance for our staff who is going outside the country. My question is that two of our fellows are going to Burundi and Kenya in Africa, but in the insurance form there appear only a country request from your side. We need to know if the insurance will cover for both countries at the same time, even when we are informing that the person is going to Burundi (because there aren’t two countries pick selection). Would you be so kind to informs us how we have to set the insurance form in order to receive both countries coverage. I look forward to seeing your answer ASAP. Thanks for your attention

A:
If the person is US citizen, it will cover anywhere outside the US. I understand that it is asking for 'Primary Destination' but that does not mean you can only go to one country. 'Primary Destination' means the country where you will spend most of your time. You can purchase it online at /missionary-health-insurance/

Q:Blue cross application I have a question. I have a collapsed disc, herniated discs, bone spurs and arthritis in my back. Would my entire back be eliminated and if so, would I qualify to go into a type of high risk pool and how much more would that be for my policy? I'm applying for the Select Choice Plan III Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also have a deviated septum. Right now I'm still covered under my group insurance.

A:
Such questions can be answered for sure only after you submit the application with all your medical details and it goes through underwriting. That is exactly what the medical underwriting does. You are welcome to apply online at /short-term-health-insurance/ If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. Thanks, I'm in the process of completing my application now. If one is accepted into a high risk pool, do you know if the coverage would be the same as the actual policy I'm applying for or would they give me a different policy with different features? Again, that can be determined only once the underwriting is complete. Before you commit to anything, you will be given a choice regarding what you are getting at what price. If you choose to accept it, good. If not, that's fine too.
