Q:My parents will be visiting me from India and will be staying in US from June 7th to Sep. 6th. They will also be visiting Dubai from Sep. 7th till Sep. 13th. They are both under the age of 65 yrs and have no pre-existing condition. I was looking into the option of purchasing Visitor secure insurance (attach is the quote from your website). I need the following clarification: 1) is travel insurance included in the plan? if so what are the schedule of benefits for travel related incidents? 2) Will coverage be applicable from the date of start of travel until arrival back in India? 3) is coverage included for Dubai too? if so are the limits same?
Q:I don't know if you remember me or no but couple of months ago I had contacted you and asked you for the visitors medical insurance quotation for my brother and his wife who are planning to visit me from India in the month of June for about a month in Houston, Texas and you were kind enough to send me the documents for Atlas America network doctors and hospitals which I requested and did received. Now my question is, yes my brother (63 years old) and his wife (53 years old) will be most probably arriving here in Houston on June 9 for a month but I won't know for 100% sure till June 1 so is it OK for me to contact you to buy the visitors insurance for them on or before June 1 for June 8 till July 8 duration.
