Q:I'd like to purchase the discount dental/vision plan from Careington and to pay with my Italian credit card. But, if I enter my US address in the online subscription form, and then use my Italian credit card for the payment, the system tells me that the address I've put in the form doesn't match the billing address of my credit card.
