Period for which cover required : July 22, 2016- January 11, 2017, inclusive. 3. Date of birth: Sept 27,1948 4. Coverage amount: $ 50,000 5. Deductible $ 250 Could you tell me what Personal Liability Coverage comes with this policy ? Is this the maximum amount which the insurance company will pay as Third Party Liability ? Is the maximum third party liability settlement amount fixed in this policy or will it be governed by the Court Order, in case of such liability arising ?
