The Atlas America plan will cover in the event of complications related to pregnancy up to the first 26 weeks. In the Atlas Internationalplan snow skiing is excluded except for recreational downhill (no coverage provided while skiing away from prepared and marked in-bound territories). Ski patrol would not be included. You can see any provider since the concept of the PPO network is only in the U.S. Outside of the U.S. you would go to any provider and it would be up to that provider if they would expect payment up-front or if they will bill the insurance directly.
