Q:Can I create a MyAccount to save potential policies that I may buy?
Q:Do you have a policy that covers the expense of accommodations if I test positive for Covid while traveling? Specifically if I test positive the day before flying home, and I have to extend my stay until I test negative in order to get on a plane, would the policy cover the cost of my same accommodations to be extended? Also would it pay for Covid testing to be done, and if so how many tests would be covered?
Q:If i have bought an insurance for visiting USA and my travel plans get cancelled or postponed due to Covid or other personal reasons can i get refund for my policy? Also if my travel plans get postponed can i reschedule the dates on the same policy or i will have to cancel and purchase a new policy?
Q:Hello I have gotten over 25k charges in hospital it al bills and IMG is denying to pay these bills for me. I have tried contacting someone for 4 days and no one reaches back to me. I was instructed to file a claim for the hospital that charged me but was given no instructions on how to file the claim what information to put, etc. I did not grow up in the US so i dont know how the healthcare system works so if someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it.
