Q:Application question for visitor insurance Hi, I would like to get insurance for a family member. He is visiting the US. However, in his passport, he has a given name but the surname field is blank. The form on your website, marks it as a mandatory field. These are his details: First name: XXX Surname: *blank* What should I type in the last name field? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Q:I live in Tokyo Japan(NON U.S. citizen) and planning to visit Hawaii for vacation in December. Dec 11th-Dec.15th with ESTA. I am specifically looking for a travel insurance that covers pregnancy, I will be 24 weeks when I travel. Most places do cover pregnancy only up to 22 weeks however, I heard your company does cover up to 26 weeks. Here are my questions; 1. Is it true that Atlas America does cover pregnancy up to 26 weeks? 2. If so, for #1 I would like to go over the policy to make sure the contents of the coverage, could you kindly send me a link or PDF of the policy? 3. Currently, my return ticket is on Dec.15th, however, I might extend my stay for couple of more days, if I find available air ticket. Would it be possible to extend my travel insurance after I arrive in the U.S.? If so, please let me know how I could extend my coverage; ie. online or direct phone call etc. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Q:I was looking at your plans and I have a few questions. In the Atlas International plan I noticed that there was coverage for skiing included. I would like to know if this covers off piste within the ski area boundary with guides. Also, would ski patrol be covered or would you need to buy that insurance with the lift ticket? Can you see anyone available or only those listed in the ppo? Would the insurance be billed by the facility or would you have to pay up front? If you can suggest a plan that would include those issues, that would be great.
Q:I had few question regarding purchase of Atlas Essential America plan for my mother who is coming from India for 3 months visit. Want to know few things like which hospital my plan is covered, etc....
Q:Would you please send quotes and options for a non- us citizen planning to give birth in the USA in July 2017. The insurance to cover standard natal and birthing in Los Angeles hospitals between June 16 until August 05. Please send the list of covered hospitals as well.
Q:My wife and I are traveling to Austria and France later this month. Our visa appointment with French embassy is on Nov 16 and we want to buy the insurance that will cover us from the Schengen visa requirements perspective. I have purchased this insurance with insubuy twice in the past and I believe I had purchased Atlas International with $0 deductible.
