Q:Visitors insurance and pregnancy coverage Hi I have visitor visa based on my research opportunity program in university of Nebraska and I intend to travel US in a month. Now I found that I am pregnant. I went through the sites and understood about the high costs of delivery in US, since I am Ph.D. student in my home country and my home university pays me 1100$ per month to earn my life there just for 8 months, is there any plan of insurance to cover my delivery costs or any related costs of pregnancy period? Beforehand I do appreciate your kind guidance.

A:
There is no plan that covers maternity if you are already pregnant.

Q:Travel Insurance USA I am a US citizen living in China. I need a policy from 7/3/2016 – 9/14/2016 while I am back home visiting in case of an accident or sudden illness. I am trying to fill out the application online. In the application what is the home country/follow me home question mean? I am also need to know if I can add my daughter born 7/26/2016 who is a US citizen and my husband who is a Chinese citizen born 4/12/1974 to this policy as well and the cost for all of us. thanks again

A:
Thank you for providing the requested information The follow me home coverage benefit provides coverage for covered expenses in your home country up to $5,000 for conditions first diagnosed outside of your home country and treated while the policy is in force. Since your daughter is a U.S. Citizen you may include her on your application. You will have to purchase a separate policy for your husband. In order to send you a quote we will need to know your date of birth, and the state in which you will visit in the U.S. If you have any additional questions please let us know. Thank you. I understand now and don’t need the follow me home part for any of us. My DOB is 10/31/1969 and we will be in Raleigh NC most of the time with a side trips to Michigan and Florida to visit relatives. Then please give me a quote for my daughter and I and then a separate one for my husband. a Plan E with a deductible 1000.00 and the 2500.00 deductible cost comparison. We have emailed you the quotes based on the information provided below. In the quote you are able to change the deductible option. You may purchase the plans online or over the phone by contacting our office at (866) 467-8289. If you have any additional questions please let us know.

As I want to go for your company as it is the best for the cheapest price. It is urgent. I need to buy by tonight.

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. The policy maximum you select is per person. Since you are purchasing the insurance for your wife and child, the Atlas America plan does not charge a premium for the child. Underneath the Atlas Travel umbrella there are two plans available depending upon where you are traveling. You would purchase Atlas America when traveling to the United States, and Atlas International traveling internationally. You may purchase the policy online using the link below or over the phone by contacting our office at (866) INSUBUY. If you have any additional questions please let us know Atlas America: /atlasamerica-insurance/ My only question is that I chose 30 age of applicant. 0-9 age kid - one kid 7 .5 month old 500000$ to 600000$ category O$ deductible 58 days duration Texas state Non us citizen Then they showed me 219$ in front of applicant. But in front of child it showed 0$. But it also showed 500000$ in front of both . Please clarify. Whether it showed 0$ for child. But child coverage would be included even if it mention child payment 0$ ....n to 500000$ maximum????? This is all for comprehensive plan atlas america. The policy maximum is per individual. If you selected a maximum of $500,000, then both insureds would have a policy maximum of $500,000. If you have any additional questions please let us know.
