Q:I need insurance for 2 female folks for a period of 30 days in May 2018. The health policy should be $100,000.00 MAX and deductible should be $1000.0 for each of them. Q:I was a former client, holding a health insurance policy. However, I cannot find the document that was sent to me that indicates my dates of coverage, as well as the cost of the plan I purchased.
