Q:I am considering Safe Travels for Visitors to the USA. I don't quite understand how this works. For example, for outpatient services, doctor visit, it says up to $55 per visit, is this the amount we should pay or you pay and then we pay the difference? What is the co-pay for doctor visit?

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. The Safe Travels For Visitors to the USA plan is a fixed coverage plan and will pay the fixed dollar amount listed in the schedule. The amounts listed in the schedule for benefits is the amount that the plan would pay for that expense. Anything above and beyond the amount listed would be your responsibility out of pocket. There is not a concept of a copay for a short term insurance. You will have to meet your deductible on this plan for each and every new incident that happens. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact our office.

Q:I am looking at buying a health insurance for my the whole family for our trip to Europe. Do you provide a official letter that states the coverage as it is required for the Schengen visa? If so what is the process of requesting the same and in how many days can I get it? Is the letter combined for the whole family or do you provide individual letters for each member of the family (since we have separate appointment dates)? If you do not provide separate letters, do I have to buy individual insurance for each member (it is more expensive than buying for the whole family together)?

A:
After you purchase the insurance, you can download the letter online in MyAccount within 30 minutes. Letter is combined, but you can print many copies. If you want separate letters, apply separately. There is no price difference. Buy online at: Schengen Visa Insurance
