Q:Application question for visitor insurance On the 'Application Information' page, what should I put in the 'Country' field? I am in the US and filling the form on behalf of my mom who is in India. She will be travelling soon to the US. I wish to receive her insurance card here in the US.

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. Please enter US mailing address. There are two field for the country, one is for mailing address that should be US and her home country and country of Citizenship should be India. You can purchase from our website at www.insubuy.com Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Could you guys register yourself on yelp.com. I would like to see people's reviews for your service. Currently I am seeing mixed reviews on different sites and cannot figure if those are genuine or fake. Insubuy is a broker, we offer all of the major plans that are on the market. The plans are rated A or better with the AM Best. As for Insubuy, please see this link about purchasing from us /why-purchase-from-insubuy/ If you need additional assistance or have additional questions please feel free to contact our office. I see that Insubuy shows up as licensed insurance broker. Can you point me to the site where I can see Lloyds, underwriter of Atlas America plan as a licensed insurance carrier. The explanation for this not simple but I will try my best to explain in as easy terms as possible. For Indian citizen visiting USA, there is possibly no requirement of the insurance company being licensed in California. Visitor can visit anywhere they like to. They can go to Niagara Falls, Washington DC, Las Vegas or visit your home in California. Just because you are located in California, insurance company is not required to be licensed in California because you are not buying for yourself. Any insurance company would become admitted carrier (licensed carrier) in a given state if they want to insure the residents of that state while they are in that state. E.g., Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna etc. Such admitted company would give insurance only to the residents of a given state and not tourists to USA. Having said that, Lloyds is an approved surplus lines carrier in California. Again, that is not because your mother may end up visiting California while visiting USA, but because Lloyds insures other properties located in California that cannot be insured by traditional admitted carriers. Department of Insurance of California earlier used to maintain the list of approved surplus lines carriers in California earlier but they have discontinued that practice few years ago. In short, your mother has nothing to do with California with respect to the insurance. Therefore, it is absolutely fine for her mother to be insured with Atlas America plan that is underwritten by Lloyds. If your mother gets sick or injured in California, she will definitely be covered for eligible expenses. You can purchase it online at /atlasamerica-insurance/ I hope that answers your questions. Regarding reviews, you can see genuine reviews about Insubuy’s service at https://www.immihelp.com/visitors-insurance-reviews/ Reviews are very tricky and there is no way to win for a service provider: • If there are positive reviews, people can say that those must be fake reviews written by the company itself. • If there are negative reviews, people can say that the company is bad. • If there are no reviews, people can say that no one is reviewing this company and therefore, no one must be using their service. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Q:Fulfillment Questions of Policy Documents Dear sir, dear madam, I am interested in your Inbound Immigrant insurance product. I tried to buy one on the internet but I was requested to fill in my address in the US. My question is whether there will be any documents mailed to this address or if filling it is only a formality. I won't be residing on any one particular address during my stay so mailing might be a problem. All that I need to know is whether all the steps necessary for getting this insurance could be done on-line. Thank you and kind regards.

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. It is required to use a US address when purchasing the Inbound Immigrant plan and mail would be sent at the time of purchase but that is all. You will receive all policy documents online as well. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Visitor Insurance for my family I (age 66) will be travelling with my husband (age 68), daughter (age 35) and son (age 31) to USA and Canada. We are arriving in New York USA on June 25th 2016 and travelling to Toronto Canada on 6th July and across Canada to Vancouver from where we will go to Alaska on board ship on July 20th 2016. We will return to Vancouver on the 27th and board our flight to Los Angeles, USA the same day. We will leave Los Angeles on August 3rd 2016 to return to India. I would like to buy visitors travel insurance for this whole period of 40 days from June 25th 2016 to August 3rd 2016 for my whole family for US $ 1,00,000/- for each of us. Is it possible for you to do the full family insurance for us? Do you have a family discount? Please help!!!!!

A:
Thank your for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. There is no family discount and since your son and daughter are over 18 they would each have their own policy. The premiums are per person so there would be no difference in cost whether you purchased together or separately. The plans will cover you everywhere outside of your home country so you can purchase the plans for the full duration. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Multi trip insurance Dear Sirs,I would like to know if your company can insure full time residents of the USA who travel from time to time outside the country, almost mainly to Canada.I am 76 years old and live full time in the USA.I have a green card.My wife is 75 years old and is an American citizen and resides with me full time in the USA.We are fully covered by medicare and have our secondary coverage with Constitution Life.We do not need any coverage for trip cancellations or lost luggage or anything of that nature. We simply want to have coverage for medical emergencies of any kind that we would encounter while out of the USA.We now have to book each and every time we leave the country and specify our exact time away.Do you have any kind of a plan that would cover us whenever we left the country, with perhaps a total time limit of lets say 90 days maximum a year.Your kind reply would be most appreciated.

A:
