Q:Buying travel insurance for a group to cover Schengen visa requirements Hi there, I am looking to buy travel insurance on behalf of my company for five (05) of our employees, who will soon be traveling to France to attend a company wide event. I am looking for the best option that covers the Schengen visa requirements, listed here: - Medical coverage of at least Euro 30,000 - Must cover emergency medical evaluation and repatriation of remains - 0% deductible - Hazardous sports coverage Can you give me the best option in terms of pricing and coverage? We will be traveling near Val D'isere in France and will like the coverage to be from 12th April 2016 - 18th April 2016. Also, how do we receive the letters? Will you e-mail it to us that we can print or send us the originals?

A:

Q:Dental Discount plan To whom it may concern, I'm writing to inquiry about the insurance. I have purchased the plan C of Inbound USA. I feel a little pain of my tooth, maybe is dental caries, so I plan to have a check. Would you please tell me whether the insurance will cover this fee or what kind of the service will be covered? In addition, one of my tooth was extract. If I want to implant a tooth in a hospital, what kind of service will be covered by the insurance? I would appreciate if you can help me to clarify the policy. Looking forward to your reply. Best wishes,

A:
The plan you have is a medical plan so doesn’t offer coverage for dental treatment. The only dental type coverage your plan offers is injury to sound, natural teeth. For example, if you are in an accident and you have an injury to your teeth then the plan would allow up to $550 which is the fixed amount from your schedule of benefits. For the pain that you have mentioned you would have to pay out of pocket for the services related to this situation. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact our office. Thank you for your quick reply. Is there any exact dental insurance in Inbound USA which can cover the fee of dental treatment? And what is the price of this insurance? No, there is no dental insurance for visitors to the US. We have a dental discount plan /individual-family-dental-plans/ depending on your state. With Careington you would pay a discounted amount for dental services. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Question regarding the insurance I found your site thanks to another Au Pair currently living in the USA. I need to purchase a Travel/Health Insurance for two weeks, from August 25th to September 8th. I have several questions: - I don't really understand the "Deductible". I read the description but don't know what this means. - I plan to rent a car in California and I know the Rental Cars Agencies ask us to be covered , otherwise we have to pay an extra for the LWD. Does the insurance your provide covers Car Rental Insurance needs?

A:
The deductible is an amount you choose to be responsible for in the event of a claim. If you go to a doctor for a new illness and you have chosen a $250 deductible then you will have to pay the first $250 before the plan will pay anything. The plans do not offer rental car coverage. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact our office.

Q:Au pair international Insurance I am currently an Au Pair here in America and looking to stay in America for a few more days before I leave back to South Africa. My contract and insurance expires the 4th May, but my VISA only expires in June. On the 4th May, I would have been in America for 12 months. I read that the insurance needs to be effective before the 12 month period. How long before? Can I just get the insurance for the 3rd May to the 17th May (When I plan to leave the United States)? I hope my email is clear enough, that you understand. Looking forward to your response.

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. What insurance do you currently have? Depending on the type of insurance you currently have will determine which plan you will be eligible for. Most plans are available to purchase for the number of days needed. If you need additional assistance please feel free to contact our office. I am covered by the Cultural Insurance Services International - which is part of the First Health Network. I have a medical coverage of $100,000 with a deductible of $50. Since you will only need the plan for a short time before returning home I recommend the Atlas America Plan. Q:Au pair international Insurance I’m from Portugal. I’m planning on going to the US on a Au pair program, for at least 1 year. I have a pre-existing illness on my thyroid and I need to do some blood test (TSH) to make sure that the levels are stable. The health insurance from the Au pair program does not cover this kind of blood tests, so I need and extra health insurance. I would like to know what kind of insurance your company would recommend and the cost of the insurance, please.

A:
Thank you for your interest in purchasing insurance through us. Unfortunately there is no insurance that covers routine maintenance for the pre-existing conditions. You have to pay from your pocket.
