Q:See the attached university health insurance requirement. I will need a quote for an insurance that will cover the university requirement.

A:
Unfortunately, the plans offered on the market have at least a 6 month waiting period for pre-existing conditions so will not meet the requirements as listed. You would need to purchase the plan the university is offering to be able to meet their requirements.

Q:I am interested in purchasing the Atlas International Travel Insurance in preparation for my visit to Serbia. Just a few questions before I make my purchase: 1. May I pay using a debit card? 2. Is it necessary to have an actual card as the ID Card? 3. For the same reason as above, what phone number may I include on the application? I'd appreciate your help.

A:
Thank you for contacting Insubuy for your insurance needs. Please see the answers below. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact our office. 1. May I pay using a debit card? Yes, as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo. 2. Is it necessary to have an actual card as the ID Card? I work on a cruise ship and will be leaving the home port of the ship....not my home country. Because of this, I do not know what mailing address I should use. You can use whatever mailing address you prefer. You will receive an email confirmation that will provide you with an ID card that can be downloaded. 3. For the same reason as above, what phone number may I include on the application? You can use your normal contact number.
