Q:My mother experienced sudden pain while in the US and after visiting urgent care it was diagnosed as Kidney Stones. Her policy covers Acute onset of pre-existing but the claims classified it as Pre-existing and denied. Why would this not be considered as Acute onset of Pre-existing condition? She was not aware that she had stone nor there were any symptoms prior indicating she might have.

Q:My claims got denied due to the reason that it was a pre-existing condition. I was a fungal infection and was worsening, no matter what I tried to get it under control.
