In 2017 I had a Patriot Exchange Program Insurance from your company and I was happy with it. I received some documents from LSU where they wrote which are the necessary expenses for which the insurance company should support me. Also they asked me to have a representative of the company signing me the documents. Please find attached the mentioned documents. Could you please tell me if the Patriot Exchange Program that I had in the past includes all the necessary benefits? If yes, I would like to order online the insurance on your website.
