Q:Hello there. I purchased Covid travel insurance through this company for my trip to Costa Rica in December. Unfortunately I had to post pone my trip. I am now rebooked and plan to be in Costa Rica for 3 months starting March 20th. I would greatly appreciate and love if I can switch my insurance to the current days as I have paid in full but have not been able to use the insurance. Thank you for your time and understanding

Q:Hi there, I'm an Australian-Iranian currently living in Australia. I'm planning a trip to Iran to visit my family but having difficulty finding an insurance company to cover my trip. Main reason for that is because Iran is listed by the Australian government as a "do not travel" destination due to high Covid cases. Do you have any such restriction with your insurance policies? Ideally I'd like a policy that would cover normal international travel incidents as we as Covid related costs, medical or otherwise. I will be travelling with my wife and toddler daughter.

A:

Q:I am looking to get Patriot America Plus insurance coverage for my parents during their visit. My father is over 70 and has asthma. Does this plan cover any emergency medical services (if needed) due to any unforeseen asthma attack?

A:
The plans will exclude the coverage for pre-existing conditions. Unfortunately, it would not allow for the coverage in the plan. However, there may be alternative options available that could offer the coverage for the acute onset of pre-existing conditions. Please read over the available plans and their benefits for complete details on coverage. Should you have additional questions or need further assistance, you may also call our office at +!
