Q:I was attempting to get a price quote from Patriot Travel Insurance for my husband, who flies from Sierra Leone to the US on Sunday. However Sierra Leone is not listed as an option. For some reason Liberia is but not Sierra Leone. Does that automatically disqualify us from applying for this insurance? He is an American citizen so does not require a visa he will be returning to Sierra Leone and he has a resident's permit and a three year multiple entry visa for Sierra Leone.
Q:My husband and I are looking for an International Student Insurance that suits us. We are currently in United States because my husband is studying Golf Managment in Golfer Career College in Temecula, California until May of 2020, so we need an Insurance that cover both of us. He is here with F1 visa and I am here with F2. We are looking for an insurance that includes pregnancy for me. We don't have plans to having a baby right now, but we understand that we are a young couple so we need to be prepared, just in case. I hope that you can help me to make the right decision. My husband is studying in Professional Golfers Career College in Temecula, California and the college doesn't have any requirements for the insurance policy. Q:I am a 22 year old F-1 visa international student from Mexico currently studying at the University of Colorado Boulder. And I want to get the ExchangeGuard Essential insurance for this academic year, but for some reason when I get to the payment section the website doesn't redirect my payment. Is there another way I could pay it? Here I am attaching my insurance quote summary.
Q: I'm an international master student in Northeastern University Seattle holding F-1 Visa. I have bought your Health Insurance plan last year and successfully waived health fees from my school. However, my school has sent an email yesterday said they have changed some polices about the health insurance plan, I just want to reach out could you please recommend me a health plan which can meet the requirements of our school waiver policy. Below are the new polices of requirement to waive our school health fee: Students are able to waive NUSHP. You will need to waive the insurance by Sept 26, 2018 /October 1, 2018 (see deadline here). In order to waive, you will need to prove comparable U.S.-based insurance (the insurance cannot be from another country outside the U.S). The main concern is that the insurance is US-based and needs to cover: Emergency care Medical coverage Behavioral/mental health BTW, my school also said they need ACA Compliant insurance, not ACA Comparable.
