Q:I was requested to provide coverage for international flight students who come to the USA mainly from Israel. The students are learning to become pilots. The company has been looking for coverage to the students, in case that there is an accident, and the pilot student has to be admitted to a hospital. I'm looking mainly on the medical side of it. Before the Corona outbreak, Israeli companies sere provided travel insurance, with a special coverage for the pilots. Now most of the travel insurance from Israel to the USA was cancelled. The students come here either as tourist, many comes on M1 visa. The length of the required insurance is between 2 weeks and 2 years.

A:
Injury occurring due the flight training is not covered. You can buy insurance if they get sick or injured during other times.

Q: I see that the Governor of Colorado declared the state emergency yesterday and today the WHO declared Covid-19 as a pandemic. In a worst case scenario, if Covid-19 would be excluded from the policy, any other illness (that happens after the effective date of the policy) would be covered, right?
