Atlas America comprehensive visitors insurance I wish to cover my wife, with the comprehensive insurance policy mentioned above. the details are as follows: 1. Travel to USA included. 2. Period for which cover required : July 22, 2016- January 11, 2017, inclusive. 3. Date of birth: Sept 27,1948 4. Coverage amount: $ 50,000 5. Deductible $ 250 Could you tell me what Personal Liability Coverage comes with this policy ? Is this the maximum amount which the insurance company will pay as Third Party Liability ? Is the maximum third party liability settlement amount fixed in this policy or will it be governed by the Court Order, in case of such liability arising ? I ask these questions because you have offered an option where I can increase Personal Liability Coverage to $ 100,000 by payment of $0.30 per day. You have quoted $ 936.12 for the premium amount for the conditions mentioned above. As soon as you reply about the Personal Liability Coverage, payment will be made.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have read the details of liability coverage and have also got a quote from you website. All particulars remain the same as those in my original mail below except: 1. Deductible required now is $ 500 instead of $ 250. 2. Personal liability coverage is now $ 100,000 instead of the policy maximum. With these two changes, the premium amount quoted in your website amounts to $ 896.10.
