I don't know if you remember me or no but couple of months ago I had contacted you and asked you for the visitors medical insurance quotation for my brother and his wife who are planning to visit me from India in the month of June for about a month in Houston, Texas and you were kind enough to send me the documents for Atlas America network doctors and hospitals which I requested and did received. Now my question is, yes my brother (63 years old) and his wife (53 years old) will be most probably arriving here in Houston on June 9 for a month but I won't know for 100% sure till June 1 so is it OK for me to contact you to buy the visitors insurance for them on or before June 1 for June 8 till July 8 duration. Please do let me know so I can contact you personally at that time and get the process started. I can do online or I can do with you on phone. Just let me know what information you need about them who will be visiting me in USA.
Yes, you can wait until June 1 to purchase the plan. It can be purchased up to the day before the effective date since the plan is an instant purchase. You will need their names as they appear on the passport, their passport numbers and their date of birth. The remaining info will be your address and your payment information. You can purchase the plan online on our website or over the phone, either way it will be the same process same cost. If you have additional questions please feel free to contact our office.
