Q:Due to Emergency Situation, i need to prepone my trip and will be reaching back to India on Aug 19th. Can you please cancel the policy and refund the balance money. I have not made any claim on my account. Name : JANAKIBAI ATLURI --- Birth Date : 06/15/1952--- Member Number : 982407461.

Q:I purchased an annual travel insurance policy believing the first one had expired. However when I discovered that the first was still valid I tried to cancel the second one. I have been told that I can only cancel it if I haven't travelled on it. Since this dispute started I have travelled. Since I currently have two travel insurance policies is it ok for me to say that I travelled on my existing travel insurance policy? (and not on the new policy)

We would not be able to answer this question without obtaining additional information. We would need your policy certificate numbers to look at your policies and also confirm with the policy administrator how this type of situation should be handled. If you would like to send your question along with your certificate numbers to [email protected], we would be glad to look into this for you.
