Q:I have to purchase medical evacuation and repatriation insurance for 2019-2020, as per LSU (and US government) requirement. I have been given a checklist with LSU requirements, which I am attaching with this email. I do hold medical insurance and am only after the medical evacuation and repatriation coverage. Could you please go over the checklist and confirm if your product covers everything LSU requires?

We would need a health insurance who covers at least 500.000$ per incident, no co-insurance but possible deductible, good PPO network, especially in Shreveport, Louisiana, covers sport activities (especially soccer at University level), monthly payment possible (American Express?), coverage until finishing studies, nationwide coverage (he may change University), a dental plan, repatriation in case of need.
