Q:I am hosting a group of 7 individuals, all from Texas, on a European cruise in 2025. I will need to pay a deposit in a few days, but the balance will not be paid until January 2025. When would I need to purchase the travel insurance? The group ranges in ages from 60-73

A:
You are welcome to purchase the plan at any time, if you are looking for Trip Cancelation Insurance, we typically recommend purchasing a plan as close to the initial deposit date as possible to ensure that if something happens that would cause you not to go on the trip, you could be covered under insurance. If you are just looking for Travel Medical Insurance you can purchase that at anytime between now and when you leave. Here is the link to run a Group Medical Insurance. If you have any additional questions please call our office at 1(866) INSUBUY (4678289).

Q:How and where can I find the list of hospitals or doctors for the services. Is urgent and emergency treatment covered.

A:
Plans are designed to cover for new injuries or illnesses that were not present in the body prior to the effective date of the policy. Plans will not cover routine maintenance or preventative care of any kind. You have purchased a Fixed coverage plan and are welcome to take your plan anywhere you would like, as it does not have a PPO network. If you have any additional questions about how your plan works please call our office at 1(866)INSUBUY (4678289).
