Q:visitors coverage for pre-existing condition Hi, I am considering visiting the USA next year on a tourist visa for six months. I have a pre-existing medical condition (ulcerative colitis) which requires regular infusions of infliximab (known as Remicade in the USA). I may also require emergency treatment with Remicade, other drugs, or surgery, if my condition were to worsen. Would it be possible to obtain insurance that covers either my regular treatments, or any emergency ones, or both, while I am in the USA? And/or emergency repatriation instead? Thank you very much

Q:Trek Insurance for Kilimanjaro Hi There, I am a British citizen, currently resident in Uganda. I will be trekking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania (height: 5895m, 19341ft ) between 6th September 2011 and 14th September 2011. This trek does not require ropes or specialised climbing equipment. I would like to know whether I (as a non US citizen or resident) am elligible for insurance with Insubuy, and whether your sports rider will cover the Kilimanjaro trek to this altitude. Q:Medical insurance for pre-exisiting conditions I am looking for medical insurance for my 17yr old daughter with a pre existing medical condition. She has Long QT Syndrome and had a cardiac arrest (not a heart attack) 3 1/2 years ago. She is on Beta Blockers and has a AICD fitted and has never has an episode since. We are unable to get medical coverage for her for a trip to the US from Australia in Nov/Dec 2011. Can we get coverage from you if we pay extra to cover a pre existing medical condition? We can get insurance if she breaks her leg or whatever but nothing to cover if she has to go to hospital for anything covering her heart, even if an accident knocks her defib or makes the wires loose. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards Kathie
