The plans are renewable as long as you purchase initially for one month. You may renew the policies month by month as needed. This plan shows up under new immigrants. However they are not new immigrants. They spend some time here and some time in India. They will be eligible for citizenship later this year (have had green card since Nov 2011) and I plan to move them to Obamacare. So, I just need insurance till then. Can you please let me know if I can still purchase this insurance. Yes, they are eligible to purchase since they are green card holders.
